30 Day Money Back Guarantee
No questions asked return policy. Simply return your Ballfinder SCOUT™ following the below
instructions
within the 30 day period - NO exceptions. The 30 day period starts the day your
order leaves our warehouse.

Any orders returned after this date will be refused and sent back to you.
ALL components must be returned - see below - or you will be charged.


RETURNS - please follow these instructions carefully:

To return a product to us under the 30-day product guarantee:

1. Repackage the
Ballfinder Scout™ as it was received in the original box with original packaging
and all of the components included with your
Ballfinder Scout™ complete kit, ** and any Bonus
options you may have received.

2. Place a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order in the box.
This is important, if we do not receive this information, we may not be able to credit your account
properly or timely.

If you do not have the packing slip, please place a note in the box with shipping and billing
information and phone number so we can locate your original order or call you if we have
questions.

3. Ship the
Ballfinder Scout™ back to:

4. Be sure to insure the package and ship in a way you can track the return order.
Sorry, but we can not be responsible for orders that are lost or damaged via return shipment.

5. Once we receive your return, please allow
10 business days after we receive your return in our
warehouse for us to process your return and issue credit to your charge card. The credit should
appear on the next statement cycle. We do not send confirmation to you of the return or credit
issued, so you will need to check your credit card statement.

    ** Failure to include all of the components with your Ballfinder Scout will result in
    not receiving full credit for your return. The following items will be charged
    accordingly.
    Belt Clip - $7.00
    DVD - $15.00
    Pouch - $4.95
    GolfDotz - $4.95 (we will only accept new unopened packages)

    ---Shipping and handling charges are not refundable---


1 Year Manufacturers Warranty

If you feel that your Ballfinder SCOUT™ is not working properly or the 30 day Guarantee time has
expired, we will cover your purchase under the 1 year manufacturers warranty. This warranty
covers any parts, manufacturers defects and labor. Simply send your Ballfinder SCOUT™ back to
us with a note explaining what you would like. We can test the unit for defects at our facility and
replace it with a new one. Misuse and abuse to the product are not covered.
